I’m Max Cheprasov—an operating and transformation leader with a founder’s mindset and a curiosity that reaches well beyond work.
MY STORY
Building has always
been the through line.
I learned to build businesses by working alongside founders and becoming one myself. My early career spanned product and digital delivery roles, as well as founding three businesses in web development, e-commerce, and telehealth. Those experiences taught me to connect customer needs with commercial decisions and execution.
I brought that entrepreneurial mindset into larger organizations, building teams and capabilities that could operate at scale. At dentsu, I established the global AI & Automation function and grew it into a 450+ person organization.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer at Ignite Visibility, I draw on more than 20 years of operating and transformation experience. I’m trusted to bring clarity to ambiguous situations, restore momentum, and help teams deliver—with rigor, responsiveness, and decisions grounded in data.

OUTSIDE OF WORK
Family first.
Curiosity always.
New York is home, and time with family comes first. I love the city’s energy, but I’m just as drawn to somewhere unfamiliar. I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries, and there’s still a long list of places I’d like to discover.
I make time for CrossFit, reading, and getting outdoors. There’s usually a new gadget or emerging technology I’m tinkering with, simply because I want to understand how it works.
